Children's Church

     Children's Church begins each Sunday at 9:15 with children and parents gathering upstairs in the church building. The children are active leaders, reading lessons and prayers in worship. One lights the candles, another reads the Bible story, and yet another leads the worship.

     Birthdays are celebrated here for all ages. The youth offerings that are collected have bought school supplies for local children, cows and chickens for third world families, and supplies for those who experience Hurricane Katrina. The recipient of these gifts change each quarter.

     After Holy Communion our students travel downstairs to gather in large and small groups. Through interaction, music, small group settings these young people creatively learn more about God and how they are to fulfill the plans that God has for them as caring Christians.
