2007-2008
Chi Rho is the name of our two year
6th and 7th grade Confirmation
instruction
using Luther's Small Catechism. It gets its
name from this early Christian
symbol seen on the left. Part of the lessons are
taught on Sunday
mornings at 9:15 by a lay catechist. A second part
is taught by the pastor on designated
Sunday afternoons in the Fall
and in the Spring. There are also two special events, one in January
and one in February as listed in the calendar below.
Each Sunday morning the Bible
portion of Chi Rho
is taught at 9:15 a.m. Students are expected to
attend.
