Dear Parents and Chi Rho Students,

            We have received information from Youth Encounter’s 2008 Youth Quake at Sawmill Creek on February 15, 16, & 17. At the Chi Rho Parents meeting, it was decided this is a great opportunity for our youth, and we should participate. By completing Early Bird registration, the cost per person will be $110 for room accommodations and the program.  Plans are already being made for fundraisers to help defray the cost.

            What is need at this time is a commitment of who will attend, plus a check made out to Zion Lutheran Church for the $35 deposit to the church office not later than noon on Thursday, September 28th so that Early Bird registration can reach Youth Encounter by the October 1st  deadline. (Remember the church office is closed on Friday.) Checks will also be collected on Sunday, September 24th at the Chi Rho class with Mr. Preston.
